ArtHAUS

You’ll find ArtHAUS situated under a canopy of oak tress beside a rustic country road in Healdsburg. The home’s exterior is simple —hard and angular, with a light gray surface. The gallery style interiors have none of exterior’s austerity. The home has two bedrooms and two bathrooms with ceilings peeking 15 feet allowing the Sargam to showcase her large-scale contemporary artwork throughout.

Oversized Fleetwood glass doors to an exterior deck bring the outside in and bathe the home in natural light. Combining a neutral color palette with simple lines, the setting is warm and inviting. Distinctive features include European oak wide plank floors, a rough concrete kitchen island base, Bosch appliances, and white cabinetry. Light fixtures are subtle – the window frames and fixtures are minimalist. Architecturally stunning and spacious, this residence gives many visitors a sense of floating.

ArtHAUS is a private space open to guests.  Many people who visit find the sites and sounds of the Dry Creek region to be tremendous sources of personal inspiration. Ms. Griffin to shares this unique experience with people from all over the world. The space also provides adequate storage for extended stays.
