In February, I shared a personal challenge with you. Over the past couple of months, I went silent. In this time, I was uplifted by your words of encouragement. It was just what I needed to rise above the craziness.
I welcome Spring with a full heart. I am surrounded by a sense of rebirth. Wildflowers are in bloom; the local sheep are surrounded by vibrant green hills. Energetically, I am motivated to bring creative expressions to fruition. This season feels like a fresh start.
I am getting ready to paint — I mean REALLY paint. The feeling has built up to a place where I feel like IT’S TIME!! The ArtShed barely absorbed my office and Geyserville studio. I’ve set up large worktables under a canopy of oaks. Painting outdoors will be exciting, once the rain stops. While I am anxious to paint, it is important for me to be vigilant and patient when working through the studio details. Creating order out of chaos is tough. I am close.
My new beginning includes you, my friends. So much change offered me a greater understanding of what is important. My friends and collectors are a source of energy and I’ve decided to give back. I will be sharing my gallery home, newly named the ArtHAUS, with all of you soon.
I’ve received so much joy in meeting you in person. I learn so much – our engagement is a source of creative inspiration. Relationships matter. It gives me a sense of purpose that transcends any personal challenge I may have. Each interaction is a source of creative expression that is unique – this is my life’s purpose – I am a painter.
