Welcome to Sargam Griffin’s ArtHAUS.

You’ll find ArtHAUS situated under a canopy of oak trees beside a rustic country road in Healdsburg. The home’s exterior is simple —hard and angular, with a light gray surface. The gallery-style interiors have none of the exterior’s austerity. The home has two bedrooms and two bathrooms with ceilings peeking 15 feet allowing the Sargam to showcase her large-scale contemporary artwork throughout.

Oversized Fleetwood glass doors to an exterior deck bring the outside in and bathe the home in natural light. Combining a neutral color palette with simple lines, the setting is warm and inviting. Distinctive features include European oak wide plank floors, a rough concrete kitchen island base, Bosch appliances, and white cabinetry. Light fixtures are subtle – the window frames and fixtures are minimalist. Architecturally stunning and spacious, this residence gives many visitors a sense of floating.
