Description

This was inspired by a little book found by chance in a bookstore outside the Vatican in Rome.  I built up the deeply emotional image over many months and layers of paint, my own feelings bleeding into the materials and transforming the surface over time.  Often displayed beautifully as a triptych alongside Awakeand Dreaming.
